Realtor Referral Compensation

  • Payout: Receive one full month’s management fee when your client signs a management agreement with WPM.
  • Timing: Paid within 30 days after collection of the 2nd month’s management fee.

Example:
If management fee is 5% and rent is $5,000/month, your referral fee is $250 (one month’s management fee).

Requirements for Referral Payout

  • Completed Agent Referral Form.
  • Signed Non-Circumvent Addendum.
  • Broker-signed W-9 on file with WPM.

Client Protection Guarantee

  • Your client remains protected under our Non-Circumvention Agreement.
  • WPM will not solicit or engage your client for real estate sales.
  • If the client later buys or sells, we refer back to you.
  • If WPM breaches this clause, you receive 100% of the gross commission earned on that sale/purchase.

Protection duration: For lifetime of relationship

Effective Date & Duration

Agreement is effective upon submission of the completed Agent Referral Form and Non-Circumvent Addendum. Non-circumvent protections last for for the lifetime of the relationship.

Governed by the laws of the State of California. This program does not create a partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship. If any term is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in force.
