About Me

Brad Holtzman co-created Green Oak Property Management — based in Los Angeles, California — with his long-time business partner and co-founder, Jeremy Jurow, out of a singular mission: to create an all-in-one property management firm offering unparalleled customer service to both owners and tenants. As the co-founder of Green Oak Property Management, Brad brings his valuable expertise into his oversight of the company’s operations and business development.

Following nearly a decade of work in the film industry, including several years specializing in location management, Brad transitioned into real estate, helping numerous clients purchase and sell both residential and commercial properties. Later, Brad joined the world of property management which allowed him to wear multiple hats and gain valuable experience in a wide variety of property management areas.

Brad has a strong sense of family and community. He lives outside of Marina Del Rey with his wife who is a successful psychologist. The couple has a 4 & 1/2 yo daughter and a newborn baby girl.
